Sharplooks MED SPA is only available by appointment. Appointments can be made by call, text or via email.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you. A missed appointment or late cancellation leaves a gap in the esthetician’s or laser technician’s schedule that could have been filled by another client. Therefore, any cancellations or modifications must be made at least 48 hours in advance by call, text, or email. Clients who cancel, reschedule, or miss an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any client who disregards our cancellation policy.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late for your appointment, our estheticians will treat you for the remainder of the scheduled session only, with no reduction in cost. We are unable to extend appointments beyond the original time due to our busy schedule. Clients who arrive more than 10–15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule, and cancellation fees will apply. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your initial visit to complete our client intake form.
First Appointments

Laser Appointments
You are expected to shave the treatment area 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If the area has not been shaved properly, a $5 shaving fee will apply, along with the cost of a razor (you may bring your own). If the area is largely or completely unshaven and the technician is short on time, you may be asked to reschedule, and cancellation fees may apply. Please note that any time spent shaving will be taken from your scheduled appointment time.
The technicians reserve the right to reschedule clients who arrive late, have not shaved, or are only partially shaved before their appointment.
Payments
Payments can be made in person, over the phone, or by Interac.
There will be a 0.79% processing fee for Interac payments and a 2.75% processing fee for credit card payments.
Packages and Pre-paid Services Policy
All prepaid services and packages are non-refundable.
If, for any reason, you cannot continue any services, we require a doctor’s note to refund.
20% admin fee will be held by Sharplooks MED SPA.
Products Policy
All products are final sale.
Spa Etiquette
Before your service, please remember to turn off your cell phone so as not to disturb other clients. If you prefer silence during your treatment, kindly let your service provider know at the beginning of the session. While talking during a treatment can help some clients relax, we ask that both clients and providers avoid discussions on politics, religion, and social issues. To receive the greatest benefit from your time with us, we also recommend avoiding stressful conversations.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the atmosphere of our med spa. Clients who refuse to pay the cancellation fee will no longer be permitted to schedule appointments with Sharplooks MED SPA. Disrespectful treatment of our staff or inappropriate remarks will also result in a refusal of further services.
For your safety and peace of mind, please do not bring valuables with you, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
